Wednesday Thoughts

Worries... it’s easy to make things up in your head when you want so badly for something to go a certain way. It’s almost like if things are going good the brain starts looking for something that could be wrong.   According to multiple studies about 85% of the things people worry about don’t actually happen.  That’s pretty wild. The next time you lose sleep over worry remember it most likely won’t happen and if it does it most likely won’t be as bad as you expect.
